One of the biggest differences between Japanaese and English country side is that there is no live stock in Niigata. When you're looking it's surprising how many feilds contain either cows or sheep around the Rugby area. So Shizuka' s first 'close up and personal' experience with a horse was initially a quite frightening ordeal. My brother Owen's girlfriends has a horse called 'Bella', which is stabled with another horse called 'Tucker'.
